Thanks for the Screenshot! I have just emailed them as I only got 500 points too. The extra 1000 would put me over the 6000 mark, enough for the Amazon voucher. Although, if they're out of stock like nin12002 says then I guess I will have to wait anyway grr lol.

Just checked and no have never had points added for birthday:mad: (member since 2007).
Also I tried to check they had my birthday listed & could not find it anywhere. Any one know where it is on the website or do they just know because it is requested when you join? So long ago I can not remember if they asked for it when I joined or not.

I joined in May 2007 & have had points regularly on each birthday ever since. Birthday is later this week & I was wondering if any older members has had points recently

I think the birthday points signup disappeared in late 2007.

Hey all,

Can somebody please give me the email address that you used to email them about the mytestdrive extra points. I emailed them yesterday using the 'Can we help?' form on the Contact Us page. Just wondering if anyone else used a different method as they haven't got back to me yet or added the extra points

I used [EMAIL="membersupport@pigsback.com"]membersupport@pigsback.com[/EMAIL] and had a reply pretty quick - just make sure that the date you did it conicides with around the 23rd as it change pretty soon after.
