This is the first time I have posted, so sorry if it is in the wrong place.
I got a letter through the post today saying that i have won a holiday with myseasonsholidays.com (through the Getmeaticket website). The letter says that I have to call them within 7 days of receipt of letter to claim. I called and they said that I have won a lifetimes membership with them, including a weeks free holiday in one of their resorts, but that I have to pay an annual 'maintenance fee' of £260.
Is this really a win, or is it a scam?

sounds a bit dodgy, you should never have to pay money upfront if you have won a comp, surely ?? x0

Hi - You'll probably find quite a lot of information on this on the web, I think it's a company called "Seasons Holidays". We won also (it's a promotion more than a prize). We took a week in COrnwall and enjoyed it, you're basically paying for a week's holiday.0 -
Hi collinsbennett
Have a read through these posts on MSE
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1843613&highlight=myseasonsholidays+com (particularly nikkit72's post and links at #11)
and this one: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1880087&highlight=myseasonsholidays+com
I believe it's a timeshare company - other regulars will be able to update you
