When I got home from work this evening my son had bought me a birthday card and a present (a book). I was so pleased even though it was my birthday almost a fortnight ago and he had only just got round to it. And going to the cinema really cheers me up.

What cheers me up is my children, a hug, a smile, their laughs and listening to them tell me all about their days.

I also love to listen to music, have a natter with friends, snuggle on the sofa with OH and watch a movie or comedy show.

I also love the jingle of change:rotfl:

I also enjoy just settling down with a peice of stitching as the time flies and you soon forget your worries.

The final one is, when the sun is out i find just going for a walk and relaxing in the sun does wonders for me a great free non fattening pick me up, just remember peeps to cover up or slap on the sunscreen;)
