Hi all
Have been on this site a couple of times now and have finally decided to be brave and take my head our of the sand, my partner and I are in massive debt but he doesnt really want to talk about. We are both quite big earners and nobody knows how bad things are as we feel so ashamed that we have come to this, everyone thinks we are really well off and so come to us for money as they see the nice house, cars and holidays (nearly always financed by CC's) we used to have, havent had a holiday now for three years, we have loads of loans that have been used to pay the cc's.I have been to the bank for help all they do is throw more money at me, am feeling really down as with the money we earn we should be living really comfortably and treating our little girl but i have now come to the end of the credit line and have hardly any money for the rest of the month, sorry for going on but now I have started to air it I feel a bit better, am gonna do a SOA so you can see how horrendous it really is and hopefully give me some advice a

hello and welcome
lots of great advice on this site and I expect that the really knowledgable peeps will be on to give extra help. You have done the hardest bit--facing up to your debt. Is your partner ready for this journey as well?
Why not have alook at the diary board? its a relief to find that you are not alone, and I know that there are many who post there who also have "no problems" on the surface.

Hi Blackcat07
Welcome. It always looks bad on paper. But you have had a lightbulb moment as I say. There are loads of people on here with great advice who will help and support. Best of luck and well done for making the first step.0
