Another DMP question...

Hi I'm sending all my stuff to cccs tomorrow but I also have the letters to send to creditors, I am using the pro-forma cccs sent me but it doesn't mention asking creditors to stop charges and interest or does it mention a copy of income and expenditure like some other letters I have seen.
SO my question is should I enclose income and expenditure and ask them to consider stopping charges etc.
Just to add the last time we wrote to them all it was to inform them we we're considering and IVA but this is now not an option, so I never enclosed these things as advised not to.

Im in a DMP with Payplan. I never anked anyone to freeze interest so I assume Payplan did this on my behalf - as all interest has been frozen xx:A0
