I have a 9k unsecured load and £1200 on credit card no insurance on either and no job now any help would be appriciated,

Sell whatever you spent the money on, you must surely only lose a little bit and pay the loan off

i think your best off writing to your creditors and explaining your situation and asking them to accept reduced payments until you get another job.
if they dont accept make an appointment with the cab and see what they say
