• We will send you one email when we think your current mobile contract is up for renewal. You agree to subscribe to our monthly newsletter - we promise we will only send you one newsletter a month.
• Winners of competitions must send us their picture and allow us to publish this on our website together with the city/town they are from.
  We would also welcome a statement from each winner, although this is not compulsory.
• Winners will receive their prize after we have received their photo. Phones (which have sometimes been opened by us for filming purposes) are new, can take any UK network SIM card and are usually delivered by Royal Mail 2 to 3 working days after receipt of the winner's photo.

You can pay for unlimited extra entries - texts cost £1.50 plus snr, phone costs £1.50 a minute.
