Best euro to pound exchange rate?

DH works in Dublin so gets paid in euros. Heard on radio last week that somewhere in Newry was offering a better exchange rate than normal.

Does anyone know where it was or any other ideas for a better than normal exchange rate. dont mind a bit of travel if it will give us some more money, changing about 3000 euros a mth so a small difference in exchange rate could be worthwhile.

Don't know this place in Newry but need to change around £3000 from sterling to euro - may be mutual benefit as there is a difference in buying/selling rate for currency.
