HI Folks
Which bathroom scales would you recommend please ?
I've started being more careful what I eat/drink and am taking more excercise, the belts come in two notches and I've lost 16 lbs in 12 weeks or so, happy me and (>>> happy Dr:j)
The Dr is very happy with the steady progress to date and wants me to keep monitoring my progress, which i'm happy to do except for the scales we have at home are useless:mad:
When I was @ the Drs I weighed in as usual and was (pleasantly) surprised to find I'd lost more than I thought (well more than our scales said
)
This is not the first time either, I've weighed in before my trip to Drs and got weight a) weighed @ Drs got weight b) then gone home again and got yet another different weight again :mad:
Our bathroom digital scales are about 7 years old, can anyone suggest a set of scales that are reasonaby accurate without breaking the bank please, I'm not interested in trying to cheat the damn things, it doesn't achieve anything, I just want good honest bathroom scales :rolleyes:
thanks

Love my Weight Watchers electronic body analyser scales from Argos. Have seen me through ups and downs (mainly downs thank goodness!!) for the last 4 years or so.
No good at posting links, so will give you catalogue no: 832/1846
All the family love these scales as they have the memory for 10 people, and give you your BMI as well as body fat figures.
I've found them very reliable and accurate.
