I am really disappointed. I ordered the speakers the night they went live, had received nothing 5 days later, I rang today to see where they were, to be told they were out of stock but they hadn't bothered to let me know. How they could have sold out mins after going live when I know people who orderd the following day and received thiers I don't know. Certainly shan't be using them again. I know it is a good price but surely that is no excuse for poor customer service.:mad:

Interesting - I havent received mine either and I ordered one of the cube world - it is bad not to let customers know what is going on though
Will phone tomorrow and think I wont bother with them either if that is how they treat customers. 0 -
I've just received mine without receiving any confirmation they were on their way. I'm liking the reviews of the torches
Going to order a few for crimbo pressies for the males of the family and one for myself for the car! Will help when I drop my lippy out my bag on those winter nights

I have had 4 orders with them so far and all have arrived within a few days but never received despatch emails. Really sorry to hear about other people having problems but so far I've not encountered any. I ordered the golf club, chess boards and speakers and they've all turned up really quickly and in good condition. I've got my eye on the I-no as a family game, can't really justify it but it looks fun! Fingers crossed that turns up as a deal this week...Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan
