Hey nev, did you have your bank accounts frozen? If so how did you handle this with ll or did you open co-op/barclays cashminder thingie before...can they tell what kind of account it is when you set up direct debit?!?! Is that the policy of most OR's?? As long as no rent arrears they won't contact ll?? Hope you are settling well into your new home!

firstly i have been told by our or that they will not be contacting our ll. so thats ok. although yes every or is different. our bank account wasnt frozen, we had to tell the or how much was in there prior to br but that was that.
we opened the account 2 months before br, co op cashminder account is the best one. i have heard that as long as you dobt live in brighton you will be fine, as they seem to close or freeze accounts for some reason as i have heard on here.

They WILL repossess - just not voluntarily; if you dont sign. They will then have to take you to court for repossession instead. This can take some time though.

We were told that originally but now they've decided we can vol rep with our own letter and sign that. I guess each company are different
