Help can I send photocopies when setting up DMP with CCCS?

Just as the title says can I send photocopies of all info I need to send to set up DMP?

Need to get it sent off today.

It should be acceptable.

DMP is informal so there probably isn't a legal requirement that it should be the originals - the company you're using may have it's own policy on this though but if they want your work (and your fees) then they are likely to just get on with it...

At the very least make sure you keep copies for yourself (so you can compare any changes in debt levels some months down the line!)

I would definitely send photocopies, as I sent my originals, plus original payslip, and when I asked for it back after my DMP had been set up, CCCS said it was their policy to shred it!

I sent a bit of everything, originals, copies and even a bit of scribbled on lined paper! They just need all the right information so balances and account numbers etc so anything with those on is of benefit.
