    i saw slow cookers in sainsburys for around 10 quid too. are these just pressure cookers or something different? doesnt bother me as she cooks but may buy a bargain...

    No , they are NOT pressure cookers !!! just cook food very slowly , you can be out all day and come home to a cooked meal and use very little electric ,
