Just rang them and they confirmed mine had been despatched by Royal Mail !! and should be delivered in a week. I ordered on 7th Oct0

emailed yesterday and got the following reply:
"Thank you for your e-mail.
My apologies that you haven't received your order yet.
Unfortunately we experienced an unexpected delay on stock and were also delayed further due to the postal strikes. Your order however has been dispatched this week, so should be arriving with you next week postal strikes permitting.
I again offer my apologies for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.
Please do e-mail me if you have any further queries."0 -
I'm very happy to report that I received my pashmina this morning!
Quite pleased for the price, not very "finished" along the edges, but a good size and a lovely shade of purple, will be very useful this winter as I am deffo going through a purple phase....
Hope some more of you get a delivery today! (Got a little bottle of Bailey's too so nice post this a.m.!)0 -
