Streamline Natwest

Hi guys, I'm newby but I hope I will gain a lot of good advices from here. The problem which I have is connected to stream line, my bussiness and Natwest bank.
In March in this year we sold one of our company trucks. The buyer wanted to pay by his card because is was Saturday, he couldn't make a quick transfer and he needed truck ASAP. So we make this sale through our till (we are a minimarket food store). Transaction was for £30k. During transaction we was asked to call to Streamline for a confirmation code. We couldn't get through for some long time, and one of our managers had a code which he get from the company which is looking after our system. Transaction went through, no problems. Truck sold. Next week the founds hit our account, all alright, we want to transfer them to our saving account but we can't. Streamline asked Natwest to block them. We call to our account manager, but she didn't know why is like this and we need to speak with Streamline. So after few long calls we get to the person who told us why they block it. So, the code which we wrote, overwrite them system, and they are not sure if Barclays (customer account was in Barclays) want to allow this transaction. And from them point of view it looks like a fraud. We was shocked, because they said so they have 180 days to keep the money. So we didn't think long and we contact the buyer and we said so it looks like it was a fraud and we want truck back or we gonna take legal action. He showed us so money went from his account, but however he go overdrawn on this account, but he said so this is his problem and his bank. So we couldn't really do nothing. So 180 days gone, we asked him again few days ago if the Bank credit this 30k back to his account, he said so no, he sent us statement to proof it, and he keep this account not touched since and is still overdrawn like was. So Barclays didn't ask for money back, but we didn't get money back yet from Streamline! Some one have any advice what to do with it, maybe had same situation. I want to contact Streamline tomorrow, because we don't have money and we don't have truck. Thank you for your time.
