Hello everyone, I have been receiving Martins emails for some time now but have never used the forums. I am trying to find the one that tells you about getting unfair bank charges back.
Any help appreciated.

Anyone been able to get on to CAG website today? I have not been able to and need to download Letter Before Action template to send to bank today. Any ideas?

hi, i have just sent the lba so i can e mail you my copy that i took from the template on the CAG forum... let me know if you need it.

the best site by far is https://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk they have a FAQ site and also the templates for the letters you need to send and when to send them
