mortgage with no proof of income

Hi,my husband and i want to buy a house for £240,000,we have £220,000 to put down but need a mortgage for about £30,000 only problem is we have no proof of income,what are our chances?

With an LTV of less than 15% you should be in with a shout.
What income do you have?
Where does it come from?
Why can you not prove it?
If you genuinely can't provide proof of income get round to a whole of market mortgage adviser. There may be a fee payable given the relatively small size of the loan being arranged.
