I had this problem. Anyone else having the same, just refresh and start again, it should work then. Please don't shoot me if it doesn't tho!!

Just tried and it worked after installing Macromedia Flah. Gave me a message in French advising me to do this and giving the link to the adobe website

yay! been trying for days and i couldnt even get the page to load! tried just now and it all worked fine. apart from the email address with underscores in it! used my mums instead

Thanks for confirming my thoughts!! I have no trouble getting on the site but it won't accept our e-mail addresses:mad: My whole family has addresses with underscores in!! Will have to get one without if it's going to be a problem.
