Waitrose Xmas delivery slots!

interesting, the book a delivery slot page is stuck, im on theophone to them but WAY down the queu - I think we have broken their system! LOL x

Any tips on the cheapest/best value item from the Entertaining section? The fruit salad is £12 and even I could make that myself!!

Edit - have added the red cabbage at £5.25 as I usually buy that ready prepared from M andS at Christmas anyway.

I've used Ocado before, but not Waitrose IYKWIM.

As you checkout there's a space for the code at the bottom underneath the credit card bit.

I though that at first too but the re-read the bit
'Please note that between 22/12/2009 and 24/12/2009 collection slots may only be booked for orders containing Entertaining products'
as orders for collection only not delivery. What do you think?

My confirmation email says -

'Payment will be taken automatically on the day of delivery. You can change this order before midday on Tuesday 22 Dec 2009'

Done mine, your order will be delivered on 23 dec, payment will be taken on the day of delivery.
Doesn't say about changing the order, but I know its 24 hours, isn't it?
