Our Kitcheck scales packed up this week, and transpired it was fitted with 2 of these blighters, same as in my car alarm keyfob.
Before I am fairly sure I have paid around £2-£3 for one, admittedly Duracell, from Smiths, but as this is not Urgent, thought I would hunt around online.
haven't had it delivered yet, but a 3 pack weighed in at £2.10, no postage charge :money:
yet to be delivered, but they reckon 3-7 working days.
Website here: http://www.directfoto.co.uk
The other batteries don't seem amazing, ut these disc ones seemed stunning value - cheapest I found online was 88p each, but there was around a £1.20 postage cost, so even that would have worked out more than twice as expensive.
Apologies if this is the wrong board, should it be in consumables?
if so can a mod please move for me.
Thanks
Dan

They are £1 for a strip of 5 in the pound shop. They also have the 2025 and 2016.0

Thanks for that - on a subsequent search I also see the ones on ebay for similar money - teaches me not to search properly first!0

If I need batteries, I normally go to http://www.battery-force.co.uk/ as their service is frankly excellent.0
