Thank you very much for signing up and giving your feedback. I am working hard to correct the small things and our IT department will look into the more complex programing issues. I did work for a leading company but now I have come togther with a few other experts in the industry so we hope we can grow quickly with you. We will start Mystery Shopping in the New Year. So If you can sign up at helionresearch.com] we will work hard to get the clients in!!
Many thanks and please keep the feedback coming in, if you have positive feedback and would like to see it on the homepage, please send me a testimonial!

Well I've signed up, but why the requirement for my entire employment history? It is about the most intrusive, least flexible profile form I've come across - bra size? really, why? Weight? That's a very personal question. Why do you want to know? Will you be assessing skydiving companies? What does that tell you that my dress size doesn't? And funnily enough I don't carry around a list of every bra manufacturer I've bought in the last year in my head.0 -
ive just put in one job for the employment section you do not need to do anything else. as for weight leave it blank - i have done as i dont know what i am. same with bra purchases just dont do that section as its not compulsory. i actually preferred this website than most that i have used and i think it seems really professional (and no i dont know who max worked for before and i do not know him).0

Quiet day - just picking up more for a hectic day on Saturday - now up to 9 assignments. Right.... off to create my own MS shopping company ladies - I'll include asking for vital statistics and pictures.... ;-)Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!
There are three types of people in the world, those who can add up and those who can't.0 -
Hi Max,
I've noticed there are quite a lot of spelling mistakes on the website. I gather from your style of writing (and the phone number on the website) that you're not based in England. Do you have an e-mail address that I can send you an e-mail with some of the mistakes I've spotted? Some are minor, but some are repeated mistakes throughout and it obviously would be beneficial to you to get them corrected!0 -

We will be working with many cleints that need specific profiles visiting their locations, because they want to use ppl that they think are their normal everyday customer. We ask all these questions now, so that we do not have to send you emails asking for them everytime a new client comes on board.
We completly understand asking certain questions can be strange but for us to do our job correctly we need to know! Anyway an employment history is standard with any job you apply for, think of it as a CV.
I hope this helps a bit to understand why we ask.
please let me kow if you need anymore information.
Many thanks
There are certain things I would really rather answer on an "as and when" basis - bra size and weight are two examples - I don't know if you will be using a self allocate system, or apply through your website, or whatever, but I would be happier just seeing "this shop is only available to shoppers who wear 'plus size clothing'" or equivalent. I really can't think of a single example where my weight tells you anything significant that my size doesn't. But I'm also aware that the more 'complete' a shopper's profile is the more likely they are to be allocated work. So I'm kinda stuck with giving out information that I would never normally give out, which makes me uncomfortable.
And I do understand that this is a job, but asking for an employment history hasn't been standard for any other mystery shopping companies I've registered with. Would you like a copy of my CV, it's a lot more meaningful than a list of job titles which most people wouldn't really know what they involve?
I realise I'm picking holes, and I don't mean to rant, but you did ask for feedback, and I would be surprised if I am the only person to look at it this. It might perhaps limit your shopper numbers.0 -
There should be 2 different choices - the 1st one asking what size - this refers to back measurement, e.g. 34, 36 etc. The 2nd referring to cup size should be A, B, C and bigger
, but only brings up the same back size measurements.
Hmmm, maybe you're just a dodgy geezer getting women to give out personal info :rotfl:
Awww only A, B & C? What about us AA's (and quite happy with them)?SPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65
