Have you all had a good day?
Hey TG
Ok day here, just a sandwich job for me. Every time I do one I wonder why I do it for so little reward when there is always soooo much write up! Guess I'm just greedy - "Food - I'll do it!". Putting on weight already with these food jobs :rotfl:
On the plus side I've got my first job with REACT so looking forward to that this week. I contacted them about an urgent job they were asking for on the homepage and didn't get it but they offered me something else instead (that wasn't on the job board) so a bit of a cheeky one but I'm pleased!
How was your day?
PS Has anyone ever given out a sandwich on the spot reward? I'm beginning to wonder why I carry it with me LOL. Such enthusiasm....bless 'em!If you can’t beat your computer at chess, try kickboxing.:rotfl:0 -

Wish me luck I'm off to Bluewater tomorrow. It's going to be so busy and I'm gonna get so stressed but I've got 4 pretty good jobs over there plus a Gap breakfast on the way.
If that's not enough I'm then off to Lakeside on Thursday as I've got 5 jobs planned over there including a nice lunch. I love it when I can get several jobs in one area on the same day
I did a stamp shop today. The woman asked the correct 2 questions so I presented her with her certificate. She looked totally gobsmacked and went bright red with embarrassment. Then all of a sudden she composed herself, looked me right in the eye, smiled, and asked "Would you like a mobile phone top-up?"
I burst out laughing and said "That's not one of the questions this month!!" and she said "I got pulled up for not asking last time!" and we both cracked up. I don't know what the rest of the people in the queue must have thought. We’ve had to remove your signature. I love Lakeside and Bluewater but only when I'm shopping for me! Working there at this time of year would drive me bananas. Still could be worse - the schools could have broken up!
Good luck, I hope you get some nice straightforward jobsIf you can’t beat your computer at chess, try kickboxing.:rotfl:0 -
I did this today...got five jobs out of it :j well chuffed! I have had to change my day off next week but I don't mind so much and I might just give myself the whole week after christmas off if I can stack a good few jobs up in the next couple of weeks

Wow good for you - I thought I'd done well getting one!
Once the school holidays start I'll definately only be doing evenings and weekends over Christmas. Probably for the best though - The more I see the more I want to buy!If you can’t beat your computer at chess, try kickboxing.:rotfl:0 -

When I handed over my cert, she said "oh thought we'd done this one, do you need to know about insurance or is it savings" and started to laugh.0
