i didn't get my cheap shop with esa. i think it is very hit and miss and i'm not convinced what you write is that imp. i applied for and got a bank job with them after writing a mini essay. i then wrote something to the effect of 'i can do the assignment on...... i would really like to do this assignment as i am keem to carry out a wider range of jobs for you' for my application for 4 pharmacies and got them all. i wrote the same for the cheap shop and didn't get it. it probably more depends on who in your area applies and how much experience they have

Check out the cars online first, maybe print off the specs so you know what is included in the spec your shopping, and give yourself plenty of time for each shop as while some will go quickly sometimes getting a price out of a salesman can take time.

I also look for one feature to compare between that model & next one up I can drop into conversation so it sounds like I know the model well, e.g. 'I don't want to pay extra for the next model up, I don't want to pay extra for leather seats, I prefer the fabric ones in xxx model' etc.

Also, think about why someone like you would be buying that kind of car. E.g. my 4wd car was going to be used a lot in Spain where my villa is up a long track. Convertible was because I had paid off my mortgage and was giving myself a treat. I like my pretend lives better than my real one :o

    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

I managed to get 4 out of the 12 ESA jobs I applied for. I don't think it matters what you write as this time I did not write much and other times I have written a mini essay and not got the job.

If its any consolation - I applied for the cheap shops too and did not get them, despite constant emails telling me they were available. I only wrote very quick descriptions too - but they were the same for the supermarket ones and I got those.

Try Bare. They have loads on at the mo (assuming you're the correct age that is!)
  • Lucky you, I applied for 3 and didn't get any, and I've been with them a while.
