    i am trying to register with the pulse panel on abai by clicking on the link that appeared when i just submitted some results to them. it has come up already filled in with my username but when i try and submit it says the username is already taken! duh.... obv it is by me!! does anyone know how to get round this? vaguely remember it being like this when adding new clients :confused:

    Possibly the 'browsing time' and/or one of the 2 questions about the window displays. Double check what it says on the briefing notes (that sorted it for me last night).
