"2K Games have given TVG five copies of their yet-to-be-released, highly anticipated, looks-pretty-damn-good Borderlands™ from Gearbox Software arriving on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on October 23rd."
End date would be 23/10

Not necessarily that is just the release date of the game - the end date of the comp could still be weeks after that.
