  • Yeah I have had that email from them and then received the loan application pack saying I had been accepted however had to return bank statements which I did then they declinded me???? I had over £1500 in my account after bills were out so unsure.

They have done this twice (once back in 2003).
    Goodluck!

    I pray this doesn't happen. PLEASE!PLEASE!PLEASE!
  • I am praying as well now!! otherwise it will be somewhere with a HIGH Apr!
  • I've just phoned up Tesco as i returned my documents on Thursday mail, and asked for an update, Good news, its been fully approved and funds should be in my account in next 48 hours :j

So if you've sent your documents back, and waited a few days, give them a call to see if you've been fully accepted.

Yeah I got 17.7% as I am 22 years old, have only had a credit card for 1 year as well as an overdraft for the same length of time and have never had any loans before so I assume I am a high risk. On the plus side I pay all D/D on time, I only ever had 1 late payment in 2006 (which is new to me but its on my exquifax but not experian).

They are checking my bank statements at the moment, not sure what for though?

I am 20, with 1 credit card and no previous loans and they're approved me in principle at 7.64% ... wierd?!
