Nat west business account problems!

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me, I am self employed and a while ago I received a letter from Companies House telling me that as the end of year documents for 2008 have not yet been submitted they were going to close my company down at the end of September 2009 as the company was no longer trading. I immediately phoned them, told them that we WERE trading and that we'd get it sorted. I contacted my Accountants who sent off the relevant documents, or at least I thought they had.

When logging on this Thursday gone (the 1st) Nat West have removed my Business Bank Account from my internet banking without telling me and have also reversed a payment from my company to myself that has now put me in the red. I phoned them up and they have told me that companies house told them to do this!

I phoned companies house and they basically told me that if I want to get back my assets and company I need to go though the company restoration department and this will take 8 weeks and the best part of £2500.

So I am left with no money and heavily in overdraft that Nat West will no doubt penalize me for.

Is there anything I can do here? - surely Nat West should have given me 30 days notice that my company bank account was going to be suspended?

Please help! - I feel that in these hard times Banks are actually getting away with murder!
