personal bunkruptcies soar
in september alone the amount of people filing personal bankruptcies soared up to over 41%. the situation is more critical now than ever and many people growing desperate.
my good friend has a credit card debt of $10,000, student loans of $40,000 and $15,000 worth of secured and unsecured personal loans with killer high interest rates. he is falling behind on his payments and then to worsen the situation was laid off. with the economy the way that it is he pretty much has no hope of getting a job or paying off his loans...Right now he's working with debreliefusa.org to try and consolidate his debt but one of his last options is to do the same as all those other people and file for bankruptcy.
i fear that i might lose my job and end up in the same mess...
Do any of you think that Obama will help the situation or will it get worse? i thought it was bad during Bush's presidency but with president obama spending over a trillion dollars, my interest rates are going to sky rocket.

You would do better to post on a USA based forum. This one is based in the UK and many of the consumer regulations are totally different. Therefore, any advice you get may be totally wrong.
EDITED TO SAY. On reflection, your post looks like it is a slightly subtle attempt to spam for the debt relief organisation. If it was, you could at least spell it properly.0
