Each day between Monday 26th and Friday 30th October in both the Breakfast and Drive shows, the Heart presenters will ask questions to find out how well you “know the planet”

They'll describe a country using clues, for example their national dishes, an audio clip of the national anthem etc. If you think you know what country they're describing, text in the identity of the country to win a place in the final and be in with a chance of winning the amazing holiday.

At the live final hosted at the Kuoni store on a Saturday morning, all 20 finalists will be assembled in front of a map of the world. This map will be evenly divided into sections. These will relate to the finalist’s countries. A member of the Heart team will then be blindfolded and throw a dart at the map. Whichever finalist has the country that the dart hits will be announced as the winner of the amazing holiday .
