    It tells you: text SUNPOST followed by a space then your answer, A, B or C, name and address and preferred supermarket

    I'm pretty sure it won't make any difference if you haven't though.

    hi yes you can enter for this as well as they sometimes do repeat a comp in the sunday papers, hth
