    How many hours sleep do experts recommend you should get each night?
    a) 4-5 hours
    b) 7-8 hours - see below
    c) 12-13 hours

    The article says 'people who get less than 6-7 hours a night are at increased risk of developing certain diseases' so I'm going for 7-8 hours as the answer...

    This is my 1st competition post so please let me know anything that is wrong. Have searched and fairly sure it's not a dupe or from a magazine that is posted by a regular.
