Ziplock bags

Hi all
I've just bought a load of stuff from CostCo including ziplock bags. They are great quality, so I was wondering what everyone thinks of washing and re-using the ziplock bags, even the ones used to store meat/fish/poultry. Is it any different to washing out a plastic storage box or will bacteria reside?
Thanks!

Many people, including me, wash out plastic bags and reuse them. I usually turn them inside out when washing, to make sure nothing gets left in the corners.0

I take samples of the soup bags from Lakeland when I can and re-use them with hot soapy water and they are fine, even after using them in the freezer.
