Don't know if this was just a fluke mind but I too tried inputting the code in order code box and it said it was invalid so I changed the last number to a 9 and it took me to a different page that prompted me to input a correct code so I changed the 9 back to an 8 and sure enough, it proceeded to checkout where I only had to pay 48p for a £20.48 order. Fingers crossed that it arrives.
Will keep you all posted x0 -

I've had my order accepted with the above code only to be told (and many others) in an email later on that the code cannot be used...so don't get your hopes up!"There are no pockets in a shroud..."0 -

Don't think they are allowed to turn around and charge you full price for your order, if anything they will just cancel it and i would not agree for to charge me and would just phone my cc company and cancel the payment0 -
I used it with no probs at all.Received order today and it was totally free."Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0

Gotta spend over £30 on their over priced rubbish, waste of there's and my time ordering then returning goods.. Be very careful when using codes.. Littlewoods ones worked ok, thanks anyway

Yes I used it once successfully but even though it went through the 2nd time, I later received an email saying that they had cancelled it."There are no pockets in a shroud..."0 -

hi mse
can any one give me advice in this situation?
my product came today, but on the delivery note it states the total amount as 22.99 as opposed to the 2.99 i was expecting.
i wasnt asked for a credit card number so i would assume if i dont pay by calling them?( is that how it works?) ill get a bad credit rating?
i have tried to log in via my customer no on the website, to no such luck.
so best course of action is to keep the product? i only wanted it if i was going to pay 2.99 for it:rolleyes: or return it?(ive opened the bag it was delivered in but not the actual box)
any advice on how all this works and best course of action to take would be gratefully received.
thanks
edit
ive just tried to "reset my password" just in case i got the wrong password.
and i came up to this message:-
"You are not currently registered for my account
You must register before you can view your account details online."
so does that mean empire have no record of me?0 -
I recieved mine yesterday only had £4 to pay as my order was for £24. Haven't been sent a bill though!0
