Trapped Wind Advice

Just wanted to say - I suffer from IBS and sometimes it's really bad - it's like I'm full of wind in the abdomen. I use Colpermin at the very first sign of it, and within a few hours it subsides. If that doesn't help, then a couple of Rennie Deflatine does the trick. Doesn't help much with the mucus and stuff, but takes that unbearable pain/ache away which is half the battle.Everyone has a photographic memory, it's just some of them don't have film.0

I agree with colpermin or colofac. I have suffered with IBS for over 20 years and these work.
They contain peppermint oil in an enteric coated capsule to get to the site of the pain.
When I was pregnant I had really bad IBS and a doctor recommended Fybogel which did help.0
