Sorry didn't see previous post. I was in store today and the shelves were heaving with choice.
Read in the paper that shop sales are down for January. Even our local next store is still jammed pack with sale stuff. Looks like they are adding more everyday.

I have noticed the shops have not been very busy here this winter, but all the the things I want seem to be sold out.
People are being more selective in what they buy, and not going for the obvious junk in the sales, but going for the genuine savings on quality products.0 -
thanks for the tip, doing into town in the morning so might be worth a visit to homebase as its near enough, asda not usually where i do my shopping but as theres nothing on offer at local morrisons, might as well kill two birds with one stone ;) ;D ;D ;DNobody can make you feel inferior, without your permission
