Dishwasher question

Options
We are getting our first dishwasher soon and I remember "I think" reading here once that you can use vinegar instead of rinse aid. Is this true? Does it matter if its the value brown or white? Do you fill it up to the top as you would the rinse aid?

Sorry all the questions but I want this dishwasher to be moneysaving too.

Thanks
Bay

Hi, Yes you are right about using vinegar in the dishwasher instead of rinse aid, You should use white distilled vinegar the cheap value sort, just fill the rinse aid container up to the top as you would normally do. works a treat and is alot cheaper.
