Kerobo Claim Company Advice

Hi Guys, been speaking to Kerobo Claims campnay as i feel i have a case with regards to a Tesco loan.
After speaking Kerobo they say i have been mis sold my loan insurance and that they can get my loan written off if i let them deal with it.

My loan was for £13,000 £15,800 with interest and insurance
Taken out in april 2006
Still got £6,000 to pay

Has anybody got any thoughts to enable me to make the right decision.

I've also tried to make a claim on the loan as i was made un-employed for 4 months due to a company takeover. Tesco claims said i cannot claim because i was only in employment for 3 and half months before i was laid off, but i was in employment 10 years previous to that.
I am now working again now and have been for 6 months.

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated

You can do it yourself and full details are on this thread:

You will ruin your credit whilst you persue this though and could affect you for up to 6 years.

On what basis are they telling you the loan is unenforceable?
There is a word for what they are telling you - b^u^ll^s^h^i^t
The loan will not be written off!
The claim for unemployment relies on the terms and conditions of the PPI.
Are you telling us that you were employed continuously for 10 years 3 months but a change of company meant they dismissed your claim?
Are the terms and conditions of the new company identical to your old company?

    If so appeal the decision!
In the climate we are in now I would be wary of cancelling any PPI unless I had savings to cover any outstanding amount.

If you do cancel the PPI and claim a missale then do it yourself and for free.
