Undated Credit Agreement

Hello
I took out a bank loan a few years ago and I was just reviewing my paperwork yesterday (as I am almost paid up) and the credit agreement is not dated. The only part where the agreement is dated is the section 'For Bank Use Only'. The two sections where I had to sign and date have been left undated.
Does this mean my credit agreement is invalid?
Thanks.

I'd suggest it was unlikely but theres hundreds of organisations out there willing to take money from you on the promise of helping you wriggle out of your debt due to a fleck of dust on the credit agreement so maybe give one of them a call.

Nah, I won't pay anyone to help me out of it, I'd rather do it myself if it is invalid. If it's invalid then the bank will have to cancel the loan so I'd lose money if I got an external company to deal with it. Thanks though.
Does anyone else know?0 -
It is not invalid. It has been dated by the bank in the section they sign. That is the effective date of the agreement, regardless of whenever you may have signed it.
Back to the drawing board I'm afraid.0
