Unenforceable loans from Northern Rock?

I was just wondering if anyone out there has had dealings with Northern Rock over suspected unenforceable loans.

Are they as ackward as the rest of them?

Has anyone had any success?

Northern Rock aren't awkward at all, just ask for your money back.
They will give it all back no questions asked, you don't even have to fill any forms in.

I what way is the loan not enforceable?
