60 Second Claim on loans

and are they genuine or is it just a scam, anyone dealt with them before?

My partner sent me the link but im sceptical, as you dont get anything for free!

Search the forum for '2007'. Many companies out there doing the same thing - completely misleading (e.g. "written off" - no mention of trashing your credit file). If you're looking into unenforceability you can do it yourself anyway.
Terrible website as well.
