We've only just started on the road to become debt free but my head's spinning already and, I've got to admit I'm becoming more confused.

I came here to seek advice for a friend, with this forum and consumer action there is alot of advice, and i got very confused. I still get thing wrong after reading credit advice for nearly 3 months.

As you have to remember lots of dates, like CCA 12+2, then another letter, then dispute after 42 days, and then all the possible return letters you get. Its not easy. In my signature, the un-enforceability thread is great for CCA/SAR timeline+templates.
