We've only just started on the road to become debt free but my head's spinning already and, I've got to admit I'm becoming more confused.
I came here to seek advice for a friend, with this forum and consumer action there is alot of advice, and i got very confused. I still get thing wrong after reading credit advice for nearly 3 months.
I was going to write a computer app to help with advice and tracking the debts, but my final year project has started so that idea is on hold.
As you have to remember lots of dates, like CCA 12+2, then another letter, then dispute after 42 days, and then all the possible return letters you get. Its not easy. In my signature, the un-enforceability thread is great for CCA/SAR timeline+templates.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
