That's the conversation I had in my head too but I figure that for about £8 (exc delivery), they're handy to have for kids' birthday presents, if I don't give them to my girls for Christmas.....it makes sense to me anyway

Received my WWE Elimination chambers yesterday and they look really good.

Would never have paid £100 but a real bargain for £25, my son and nephew will love them.

Still in stock, great to put away for Christmas - although I`m not sure where I`ll hide them the boxes are really big!

Got my teenage son to collect Winnie ride on today. It played "I'm a little teapot" everytime the bus went over a bump!!

He didn't seem too pleased, I can't think why.

HI all, i ordered the keyboard on the 1st of October and asked for it to be sent to my nearest store, I checked my bank and they took the money out on the 5th and had a confirmation email saying it would take 4 working days to reach my store, and i would get a call when it came in.

Well i checked my e mails everyday stayed in to wait for the phone call and untill yesterday had not heared anything from them, So i decided to phone the store to see if it was there and the woman said "Oh you have to phone wilkinson plus about it so she gave me the number and i phoned them, The lovely lady there told me that my order had gone out on the 6th and it should be in the store, so she said she would ring them and get back to me.
5 Minutes later she rang back to confirm it was in the store and apologised that they hadnt phoned me and that the woman i spoke to in the store should have checked for me when i phoned her first.

Anyway i drove the 12 miles odd to my neared store to get it and it was there waiting behind the customer services desk, but the woman who served me was horrible a told her i came to pick up my order politely and she barked at me "whats your name" she then got the keybord shoved it on the desk and tied 2 bags to it and didnt even say another word to me! How rude! i wonder if she had a telling off from the wilkinson plus lady?

the moral of my story is is you dont hear from them in said number of days contact them earlier not like me after 20 days.

But does anyone think i should write a letter to the manager about the customer services or just leave it?

Yes. Cheeky cow. I'm sick of the crap service we get in UK. saying that, I don't know if its any better in other countries.
