Do you actually know how ebay works? Pretty much every post you've made so far has offered either dubious, or completely inaccurate advice.fatherazhara wrote: »This isnt actually true, the only person that can remove a neg is the person who left it and its pretty rare that people will.ebay_Ts+cs wrote:Situations in which Feedback might be removed
We might remove Feedback ratings or comments in these cases:- The rating or comment breaches the Feedback Abuse policy.
- A member couldn’t be contacted at the time of the transaction.
- A member left negative or neutral Feedback intended for another member, informed us of the error, and has already placed the same Feedback for the correct member.
- A member was under 18, and therefore unable to form a legally binding contract, when the bidding ended or when Feedback was left.
- If we suspend a member, we’ll remove all their negative and neutral Feedback from the site. If a member is suspended within 90 days of registration, we’ll remove all their Feedback.
- We receive a valid court order requesting Feedback Removal.
- A buyer fails to respond to the Unpaid Item process.
- When communication or comments left by the buyer within the Unpaid Item Resolution Centre undermine the integrity of the Unpaid Item process and the eBay Feedback system.

We had a credit card chargeback case, so we opened a NPB, and when we won without any comment from the buyer their (positive) feedback was automatically removed. So in my VERY recent experience you are wrong. :beer:fatherazhara wrote: »Really? ive never seen it, i know that there is guidelines set out for eBay to remove feedback but in my VERY vast experience they dont remove even when there guidelines say that it should be. haveing a significant amount of feedback i know for a fact that even if you check on .com that they wont remove it without a courtorder. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

I've had feedback removed so I think your information is out of date. In fact looking at some of your responses I wonder if you are actually outside the UK where ebay rules may be different?
It is also fact that a buyer who does not respond to the full NPB dispute cannot leave feedback, if it has been left already it will disappear, if it hasn't been left the buyer can't physically leave it. You don't even have to ask ebay, it is done automatically.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes, it's a buyer's market. And without buyers, all those sellers would have no one to sell to.
By removing the option to neg a buyer, ebay have actually attracted more buyers, as it encourages sellers to act honourably due to a lot being at stake, and the whole buying process is a lot more enjoyable for the buyer.
Obviously you do get some dodgy buyers, but they are a minority. The majority are fair and honest.
I'm guessing you got stung by a dodgy buyer recently, going by the context of all your posts??Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
