a word of warning for those who only have switch/maestro... yet another french based company that just doesn't get it!

i should email them like i did price minister, honestly you'd think they'd want to cover all angles and get as much business as possible

don't mind my rant i'm just fed up to the back teeth of companies i'd really like to shop from without them forcing me to have a credit card to do so, i gave up credit cards 15 years ago for good reason doesn't mean i don't want to shop!

Just received my items.

I ordered the vanilla bath cube and the pearl necklace set. The necklace and earrings come in a cute pink box and they are lovely.

The birthday gift I received was in a drawstring bag and its a different necklace and earring set. They are a bit difficult to describe, but good for a freebie!

just had confirmation that my order been dispatched(had to email them as I couldn't access my order on their site).I ordered bath fizz (95p) and my free brolly and bag are on the order:j Also I have Straa Incolour Raiz 77665 put on my order (free). Anyone know what this is?? Doesn't come up when you type code in. Perhaps it was the surprise birthday gift! Am curious now! Thanks op and everyone else who helped;)

I had the same problem,
my birthday gift is coming up as COLLIER+BO STRASS INCOLOR RA12 so does that mean the birthday gift is different for each order?
