got mine today havent opened up the umbrella yet but looks ok the bag is quite nice too its going in my mums hamper. they are good quality especially for free. the free gift was a necklace and earings set which are going with ds's godmothers present. really pleased with it.

You can track the parcel through your dispatch email. Click on the link in your email and type in the customer number it gives you in the Yves Rocher website. Your order will them come up and it you click the link under distributor it brings up the courer website and status of delivery.

in my tracking form, it says out for delivery. it was at 5am today. how long does it take to receive it? and do they leave missing note? if they have an office nearby in London i could pick it up in few days...
