I wondered if anyone on here knew the name of the company that pays under 18's to try and buy alcohol/knives/solvents etc.

Yeah, I work for the local council here in Edinburgh and its normally trading standards and the Police that do this.

When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
