Hey there, can anyone offer advice on a one account - my scenario
Current mortgage with woolwich 2yr fixed rate due to finish at the end of the month, outstanding approx £85,000, only looking for 1 year as we intend to move next summer (definately - expecting twins and no room!!  ) we also want to borrow £35,000 for debt re-consolidation, only problem is I am now classed as unemployed - housewife!! and as such woolwich will not lend further, thought a one account would be our best bet, can anyone advise if this is the right way to go and if so which one is the best to go for???
