    If it is your intention that these are repaid then a lender will not normally penalise you in respect of their monthly payments.

    Unless there is some Adverse issue lurking in the background that is rearing it's head I think that you have a reasonably good chance of success.

    Why not get another broker to look at it for you? You may be pleasantly surprised by what is suggested?
