Fiance is currently going through CCCS and today had a snotty letter from Lloyds TSB, he phoned them and they deny all knowledge of receiving anything from CCCS and have now withdrawn his overdraft limit and will be charging 29.9% APR a year on it and will be adding a charge of £30.
Also GE Money have phoned up and said they had not received paperwork from CCCS, then while on the phone said they had received it but it hadn't been accepted because my fiance spent on another GE Money card in February (because he needed work clothes) however gave us a number so we can phone and appeal, however they said that the proposal for payment would probably be accepted in June.

Are you still using the account the overdraft is on? If so you need to dump it and open a basic bank account ASAP. The banks will muck you about over that overdraft and if you have your wages paid into it they will dissappear to clear the overdraft.
Also cut up your cards. If you are doing a DMP and you use a card with a company you owe money to they will refuse to freeze interest or will restart frozen interest as you have effectively reactivated the account.

When I sent my offers , I sent a cheque also . GE MONEY "Never received it" ye the cheque cleared.
Talk to them again. If all other creditors have settled then they will feel pressurized0 -
He doesn't still use the account with the overdraft and all the cards have been cut up.
Had some good news though today, MBNA have accepted the proposal for payment which means that all the others have got no excuses.0 -
Ok an update
Received statement from Intelligent Finance, looks like they have accepted the agreement as the interest reads ZERO
Letters from 2 GE Money cards saying cut the cards up and send them back (cards already cut up so that's not a problem)
Statement from Barclaycard getting shirty, also added £40 worth of charges, even though they knew my fiance was going through CCCS and would have received proposal for payment. That sets us back quite a lot (4 months to be precise) my fiance is going to phone up later and dispute the charges as this is the first problem we have had with this card
Feeling a little resentful at the moment (I know I shouldn't) as my fiance ran up £18,000+ worth of debt before we met and now we are both suffering for it0
