First trust finance

Hi

I've just applied for a unsecured loan with ( First trust finance, and it said i was successful with my application.

Can anyone with experiance with them advise me about how this company works, as i was told they don't charge customers an up front fee.

    They are a brokerage firm, it migh be worth checking with them which of their lenders has approved you and you can go direct.-Thus if they ask for a fee.

    Yes i've noticed that this company is actually licenced with the FSA, but i'm still waiting for a call back to speak with them directly, they said they wld call back in 24yrs.

    I just wondered if any one here is happy with their service, plus i don't want to be ending up paying an up front fee and then they don't deliver the loan, it mentions on their website they don't ask for a fee.
